3. Your privacy rights
You have the right to request information from us at any time about the personal data stored by us about you (Article 15 DS-GVO). This also applies to the recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data is disclosed and the purpose of the storage. In addition, you have the right to demand correction under the conditions of Article 16 DS-GVO and/or deletion under the conditions of Article 17 DS-GVO and/or restriction of processing under the conditions of Article 18 DS-GVO. Furthermore, you can request data transfer at any time under the conditions of Article 20 DS-GVO – if the data is still stored by us.

In the case of processing of personal data for the performance of tasks in the public interest (Article 6 (1) sentence 1 letter e of the DS-GVO) or for the performance of legitimate interests (Article 6 (1) sentence 1 letter f of the DS-GVO), you can object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time with effect for the future. If you do so, we must refrain from any further processing of your data for the aforementioned purposes, unless

– there are compelling legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or

– the processing is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Under the conditions of Article 21(1) of the DPA, the data processing may be objected to for reasons arising from the specific situation of the data subject.

With regard to the automated individual decision, you also have the right under Article 22 (3) of the DPA to have a person intervene on the part of the controller, to present his or her own position and to challenge the decision.
